The Perk 4 showing is located 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perkins Peak and about 20 kilometres southwest of the community of Kleena Kleene.

The Perk 4 showing is underlain by sandstone, siltstone and minor conglomerate of the Lower Cretaceous Cloud Drifter Formation. The sedimentary rocks are intruded by Late Cretaceous to Paleocene granodiorite porphyry stocks of the Bendor Suite. In 2021, a sample was taken about 1.7 kilometre east-southeast of the Bluebell prospect (092N 011) that graded 0.745 per cent copper (Ethos Gold Corp. Press Release, September 29, 2021). No other information is given on the showing.

See Mountain Boss (092N 010) and Briton (092N 011) for related geological and work history information.
